Registration
Families should register for the religious education program each year. Families currently enrolled in the program will receive registration by email. New families should please contact the Religious Education Office or use the form below.
Registration Requirements
- Completed Registration Form
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if baptized at a parish other than Shepherd of the Hills or St. Matthew's)
- Payment of Program Fees ($90/child plus sacrament fees)
